Coaching for Life

What It Is & Who Needs It

certified professional life coachLife coaching provides a way to discover, clarify and passionately pursue your God inspired heart’s desire. It is not about having more but rather about being more. Coaching is not a therapy session or a time when we focus on healing past hurts. Life Coaching is a relationship between the listener and seeker. This relationship allows, encourages and challenges the seeker to move from where they are to where they most want to be.

As your coach, I will help you identify your passions, gifts and callings, develop an action plan, and hold you accountable to the plan. Most often, seekers commit to three – four weekly phone or office based sessions each month. They may last from 45 – 50 minutes and they are an enjoyable and creative way to help you take action toward the realization of your visions, goals, and desires.
